1.0 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the ethical and authorized use of SOVRINT's narrative intelligence, monitoring, deep-search, evidence, and reporting systems.
2.0 Directives
Authorized mission alignment
Use of SOVRINT must align with authorized institutional missions, including national security, election integrity, public health communication, corporate security, and counter-influence operations.
Prohibited surveillance
SOVRINT may not be used for stalking, harassment, individual-level targeting, or private-person tracking without a documented institutional investigative nexus.
Information integrity
Users must not use the services to create, distribute, or operationalize deceptive content, misinformation, or adversarial influence activity.
System resource ethics
Automated scraping, stress testing, or bypassing platform controls is prohibited unless explicitly authorized for security testing.
Data sensitivity and RBAC
Customer intelligence artifacts must be handled according to the customer's classification, role-based access, and export-control policies.
Enforcement and compliance
SOVRINT may review audit logs for compliance and may suspend accounts, missions, or access when this policy is violated.
3.0 Compliance Questions
If a mission requires a deviation from this policy or specialized technical ingress, coordinate with SOVRINT through verified support or security channels before proceeding.
