1.0 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SOVRINT platform, website, or services (collectively, services provided by SOVRINT Inc.), you certify that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, such as a government agency or corporation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2.0 Use License & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SOVRINT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for internal operational purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Use the platform to conduct unauthorized surveillance or violate the privacy rights of individuals.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
3.0 Intellectual Property
The SOVRINT platform, including its algorithms, visual interfaces, compilation, code, and "look and feel," is the proprietary property of SOVRINT Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your operational data and any intelligence artifacts you generate using the platform.
4.0 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVRINT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5.0 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Delaware.
